The Pilchuck Development Company is a family-owned and managed real estate development and real estate asset management company. Together with daughter, Jamie Shanks, Mr. Westlund and Pilchuck Development Company actively manage more than 800,000 square feet of office space in nine buildings throughout the Puget Sound market. They also are partners in four apartment buildings in the Seattle area and are majority owners in four hotels located in Washington, Oregon and Montana.
